When doing anything you have to start with an idea then, you start to build the foundation. You have to build a good foundation. Without a strong foundation you will have problems. Luke gives us the simple steps to building "the" spiritual foundation. It takes action on behalf of the believer or seeker. You must have the proper start and foundation. ( principle)
