In this ever changing world everyone has there own belief.  Everyone acts on there own belief and feel that its right.   The Text Judges 21:15-25

In those days Israel had no king; everyone did as they saw fit.

New Living Translation
In those days Israel had no king; all the people did whatever seemed right in their own eyes.

In those days there was no king in Israel. Everyone did what was right in his own eyes.
